In this UFO event,it is humans who are initiating peaceful, bilateral contact with the ET’s through conscious,voluntary and proactive cooperative communication. Definition
CE-5 is a term describing a fifth category of close encounters with Extraterrestrial Intelligence (ETI), characterized by mutual, bilateral communication rather than unilateral contact. The CE-5 Initiative has as its central focus bilateral ETI-human communication based on mutual respect and universal principles of exchange and contact. CE types 1-4 are essentially passive, reactive and ETI initiated. A CE-5 is distinguished from these by conscious, voluntary and proactive human-initiated or cooperative contacts with ETI. Evidence exists indicating that CE-5s have successfully occurred in the past, and the inevitable maturing of the human/ETI relationship requires greater research and outreach efforts into this possibility. While ultimate control of such contact and exchange will (and probably should) remain with the technologically more advanced intelligent life forms (i.e., ETI), this does not lessen the importance of conscientious, voluntary human initiatives, contact and follow-up to conventional CE-s types 1-4.
The CE5 InitiativeThe CE-5 Initiative is a scientific and diplomatic program which endeavors to establish a cooperative, peaceful and sustainable relationship between humans and ANY and ALL ET ‘peoples’ which may visit Earth. CE-5 Initiative protocols are used to ‘vector’ UFOs into an area and then engage them in a peaceful, cooperative exchange using lights, sounds and other modalities. CE5 group members should have the ability to engage in this research in an open-minded and non-prejudicial manner which is free from premature and fear-based negative conclusions regarding the intentions of these visitors to our planet. The integrity of this diplomatic perspective is fundamental to the success of the CE-5 Initiative since it is probable that these visitors are capable of assessing the attitudes, motives and intentions of the Working Group members. Growing up with a father who was an Air Traffic Controller from the late 60’s and through the 70″s and 80″s and even into early 90’s I was groomed to be open to the possibilities of other beings from other planets and dimensions. My father on a few occasions brought me to the control tower that he would be stationed to work a midnight or evening shift when I was a young child and even up to 12 yrs. old. He would make a bed for me in the staff room a few floors below and there I would sleep.
I witnessed countless times my father coming home after seeing things on a night shift that he could not explain. I would often see his hair with more white in it then the day before and a look on his face like he was in a trance. One evening while I was asleep on the couch at the control tower, he burst through the door to carry me up to the top of the tower in the control room. He would then ask me if I could feel or see or hear anything.
Although that particular time I was more amazed and focused on my father having some kind of experience that seem to carry him far away yet be so present in the moment at the same time. I first thought my Father wanted me near him to protect me, then I realized he was allowing me in to validate his experience. After that night my Father began waking me up out of my bed to tell me stories of his experience on his work shift at the control tower. It’s no surprise to me that my father’s birthday is 12/12.

I became aware in 2015 that I was on earth but not from earth. I was having an awakening experience that was triggered by three events over a three day time span:
I was reading a segment in a book by Gary Renard on ACIM where his guides came in to inform him of The Star Pleiadean beings and their interest in Humanity. I was sitting along a river under a tree and I had my first visceral experience of intense longing to make contact because I felt I belonged to these people. It was like an energy shooting through my body like a thunder bolt and tears of Joy and intense energy was experienced by my body. I looked up into the sky standing now and asked if this was my truth and to give me a sign that this was real. The confirmation of yes came in the form of a very sudden intense response through the wind. Suddenly trees were swaying all around me waves in the water got high and loud with its crashing into the shore and a flock of birds all burst into flight and circled into the air with intense loud chirping. I stood there feeling the magnetic fields of these elements enter my whole being and I was feeling Holy and I was aware of two distinct versions of myself. A 3d aspect of me moving into a 4th dimensional realm and a 5th dimensional version of me connecting to a Galactic vibration that was providing a very loving but very serious energy at the same time.
The second event was a Sirian transmission that came through Delores Cannon’s The Three Waves of Volunteers, I realized I had been living a classic or signature First wave volunteer Life and very typical Sirian being human experience. The intense visceral knowing experience was even deeper in my mind and body and this happened in my home. I asked for confirmation of truth and the experience that was allowed for myself was a felt dropping of some kind of energy into both my palms.
The third event was a moment of recalling my childhood with my father out in the deep wilderness of Alberta a place that was not regulated by the government and the only way in was through an old logging road. We went there every year since I was an infant and we often would see the Aurora Borealis. As I was in the memory of one of these times I was remembering this was the trip my menses had first arrived. This triggered in real time a visit from Mary Magdalene and who told me I have a connection to her blood line.
I became very confused for awhile as I did not understand this deep belief I was from SIRIUS and The PLEIADES and also from The MAGDALENE blood lines. I searched for three years after that for continued confirmation on this. Paul Selig and his guides, Matt Kahn and Laura Lee Lizak who channels Quan Yin…yes according to all of them the way they were receiving information it was indeed true. I had to stop searching because it was getting in the way of more important things and was becoming an obsession to know and therefore a distraction from the bigger picture, which was to just move into the wholeness of being human and learning the high road from an authentic embodied experience. It was revealed to me that I was a SIRIAN PLEIADIAN HYBRID and I have incarnated into human form through the Magdalene blood lines. It has been comforting to some degree to move into the acceptance of this knowledge but it did not excuse me from having to do the work to evolve my human self through self love and then love to others.
I went on to have more contact from interstellar beings since then and it is becoming the new norm. My first group CE5 experience was with Steven Greer and it is with him I learned The protocols for contact with reverence.
Many of my clients have ET contact experience’s in my QHHT sessions with them and many recall memories of having a life on another planet and their bodies looking very different and the way their bodies were instrumental in what they did in that life. Very different then the body used on earth.
I had a personal QHHT session for myself where past lives as an ET being becoming a Hybrid had to be cleared because there was so much trauma sustained in that experiment that I was still carrying around some imprints of those experiences in this life. This transmission of information that informed me of the need to clear these memories and to own The Triple Flame came through Jayme Price in a Light Language transmission that was directed to me.
